Tantra Lessons for all --- Part 1
Hi everyone,
I`m back in action
First I`m going to elaborate on Tantra & its various techniques...for all on this group.
Tantra is not about sex !! I know most people equate sex with Tantra, but Tantra is by-large a way/path of complete living and awareness...
So you may ask...why does it involve sex ?
The reason it involves some amount of sex, though not totally....is because as humans we have to "pro-create". So if the creational energy within us is not used for procreation, it is consciously directed towards creating anything that is required for the perfect running of this Universe....mind you its not just by choice, but other karmic factors too play an integral part.
The actual meaning of the word 'Tantra' is techniques of life or techniques of realization
Its realizing how we are, what we need to get better and also how to live life more joyously, without baggage or drama ! As you see, this could apply to sex too...it completes the entire journey of life, right from our conception to the end of this journey of life.
The USP of Tantra is that it helps us to assimilate this entire lifetime in a short time becoz of the combined effect of more than 8 Million mudras and sadhanas...

I really do not know a whole lot about tantra in itself. But if it has to do with connecting spiritually to someone else, that I do with ease when they are open to me. | ||

I have another question for you...What is your definition of karma? | ||

Let me see if I am understanding a little bit here. Tantra uses chakras, right? What happens when one of your chakras is blocked, and how to you unblocked it?
Sorry if I am asking too many questions...but I am a good student...so, please, teach me....

MoNigheanBahn, the actual definition of 'Karma' is simple... Whatever you do to sustain and survive yourself & your surroundings is collectively defined as 'Karma' You can have both good & bad intentions...yet they would come under your 'Karma'

Now to your second question on here,
Of course all of the chakra stuff originated from Tantra...so we do use chakras in Tantra !!
If one or more of your chakras are blocked, there are several mudras that can unblock it completely & the balance of energy in those chakras is immediately restored !

Thanks for the insight. I joined this group ages ago and have lost touch with all a long while ago. I, too, am just getting back online...Tantra is something I am much interested in...just haven't found anyone who has real intentions in teaching what it is all about. It is so refreshing to see someone willing to offer the true meanings...not just out for the next notch on the headboard.

energy transfer or controlled dispersion is key to tantric practice. when we are able to fully envision that we are to be achieve (the enlightened). We must focus on both levels of guru yoga, the relative, obejctive Guru who guides us, who we must believe to be enlightened whether or not they have actually attained the ultimate, and the subjective, inner Guru, that which guides us in a direct spiritual way, allowing for inner calm, wisdom, and the clarity needed to further understand the teachings of our objective Guru. We must learn to control through habit, through release, through focus, and most importantly (IM , UNDERSTANDING. Cause and effect is the name of the game and to absorb this concept will allow the ultimate. We can indulge in the worldly pleasures so long as we understand their impermanence; accepting continual change and universal interaction. We are one, and we are many. |
