I decided to form this group as a compliment to the more physical aspects of sex which seem to get more attention (both on and outside of Parejas morbosas, liberales y swingers). Since most of the tantra and related groups seem to be inactive, I am hoping that creating a space that doesn't limit sex and desire to one tradition might be more appealing. The dominant world religions treat sexuality as (at best) a distraction from the spiritual path. I believe that sex and spiritual practices are not mutually exclusive. Sexuality is an integral part of life, a gift to be honored and enjoyed. This group will be a space to openly discuss and exchange resources on the sacred nature of sexuality and affirm the positive aspects of sex. People who appreciate this combination are welcome to participate. This group is not limited to the Tantric tradition. Tema(s): Tantra |
